ANDRAS (Andy) VLADAR
Andy is a finance professional with close to 20 years of work experience ranging from financial advisory to corporate management. He was heading the business valuation team of KPMG in Hungary for 6 years and managed numerous business valuation and intangible asset valuation projects internationally. His clients included US and Canadian companies in addition to major multinational corporations and local small businesses. He performed valuations mostly according to US GAAP and IFRS. In recent years, he held managerial positions at an energy company and a commercial bank. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics and he completed part of his university education in the U.S. and Canada.
